By placing an order at Soraya Meyer you are agreeing and accepting the general conditions described.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>PRODUCT<\/h2>\n<p>All products are handmade with high quality clay in Portugal by Soraya Meyer.<br \/>\nAll materials used in the packaging and shipping of the products are ecological as possible. Orders will be well packaged with bubble wrap. I know it's not the most environmentally friendly option, but as I had some stock saved from a few years ago I decided I'd use it until it was finished. Afterwards, orders will be sent with the most ecological protection you can find.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>PAYMENT<\/h2>\n<p>The payment methods accepted at the store (site) are bank transfer or MBWAY, you must send an email to loja@sorayameyer.pt with the respective proof of transfer.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>SHIPMENTS<\/h2>\n<p>All orders will be processed within a maximum period of 8 working days.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the individualization of the Product, it cannot be returned, unless there is a mistake made on the part of the creator.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The order can be picked up at Soraya Meyer studio in Porto, subject to prior appointment via email loja@sorayameyer.pt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>National and international shipments are sent by registered mail, via CTT.<\/p>\n<p>The shipping cost to national territory it depends of the weight and size of the order. The shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. The new shipment may be made by means of a new payment of the shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the delivery time, shipments made to national territory usually take 1 business day to reach the destination. Sei que n\u00e3o \u00e9 a op\u00e7\u00e3o mais ecol\u00f3gica, mas como tinha algum stock guardado de alguns anos atr\u00e1s resolvi que vou usar at\u00e9 terminar.
