PRODUCT
All products are handmade with high quality clay in Portugal by Soraya Meyer.
All materials used in the packaging and shipping of the products are ecological as possible. Orders will be well packaged with bubble wrap. I know it's not the most environmentally friendly option, but as I had some stock saved from a few years ago I decided I'd use it until it was finished. Afterwards, orders will be sent with the most ecological protection you can find.
PAYMENT
The payment methods accepted at the store (site) are bank transfer or MBWAY, you must send an email to loja@sorayameyer.pt with the respective proof of transfer.
SHIPMENTS
All orders will be processed within a maximum period of 8 working days.
Due to the individualization of the Product, it cannot be returned, unless there is a mistake made on the part of the creator.
The order can be picked up at Soraya Meyer studio in Porto, subject to prior appointment via email loja@sorayameyer.pt.
National and international shipments are sent by registered mail, via CTT.
The shipping cost to national territory it depends of the weight and size of the order. The shipping cost will be calculated after the order is placed. Soraya Meyer is not aware of the amounts of fees and taxes, which vary from country to country and, as such, is not responsible for their payment.
If for any reason the recipient refuses to deliver the order or fails to collect it within the required time, the shipping costs or fees associated with delivery will be charged to the customer. The new shipment may be made by means of a new payment of the shipping costs.
Regarding the delivery time, shipments made to national territory usually take 1 business day to reach the destination. For international territory, it takes between 3-5 business days.
Soraya Meyer is not responsible for delays by the shipping company.

PRODUTO
Todos os produtos são feitos à mão com barro de alta qualidade, em Portugal, por Soraya Meyer.
As encomendas serão bem acondicionadas com plástico bolha. Sei que não é a opção mais ecológica, mas como tinha algum stock guardado de alguns anos atrás resolvi que vou usar até terminar. Posteriormente as encomendas serão enviadas com a proteção mais ecológica que encontrar.
PAGAMENTO
Os métodos de pagamento aceites na loja (site) são por transferência bancária ou MBWAY, deve enviar email para loja@sorayameyer.pt com o respetivo comprovativo da transferência.
ENVIOS
Todas as encomendas serão processadas num prazo máximo de 8 dias úteis.
Devido à individualização do Produto, este não poderá ser devolvido, a não ser que haja um erro cometido por parte da artista.
A encomenda poderá ser levantada no atelier Soraya Meyer, consoante marcação prévia através do e-mail loja@sorayameyer.pt.
Os envios nacionais e internacionais são enviados em correio registado, via CTT Portugal.
O custo de envio para território nacional depende do peso e tamanho da encomenda. O custo de envio será calculado após a realização do pedido. Envios internacionais para fora da União Europeia poderão estar sujeitos a taxas de importação ou impostos alfandegários.
A Soraya Meyer não tem conhecimento dos valores das taxas e impostos, que variam de país para país e, como tal, não se responsabiliza pelo seu pagamento.
Se por alguma razão o destinatário recusar a entrega da encomenda ou não a levantar no tempo útil exigido, os custos de envio ou taxas associadas à entrega serão cobrados ao cliente.
O novo envio poderá será feito mediante novo pagamento dos portes de envio.
Relativamente ao prazo de entrega, envios feitos para território nacional costumam demorar 1 dia útil a chegar ao destino. Para território internacional, demoram entre 3-5 dias úteis.
A Soraya Meyer não se responsabiliza por atrasos da empresa transportadora.
